Triathlon Training With Adam Tielinen BS, CSCS
Training for a triathlon requires a great deal of
patience and guidance. Some individuals are not physically
or mentally prepared for the demands a triathlon brings to
the table. Are you? If not, it will affect your performance
and worse yet, increase the chances of you acquiring an
injury. Keeping this in mind, some individuals may not know
their special needs or where to begin their training. This
could lead to crucial time wasted and a disappointing race
to follow. Our goal at Natural Fitness is to prepare the
individual in a manner in which he or she can compete to the
best of their ability and sustain that level for the entire
race. While progressing them in stages that we feel are
necessary, individuals can attain levels they thought were
not possible. In our years of performance training, we have
learned the cutting edge principles in preparing athletes to
perform at their best and that is what we want you to do,
perform at your best.
15 Week Program Starting week of April 21st and ending on
week of Aug 4th.
- First greet and meet will be in April to meet Adam
to see facility.
- Groups of 6 people max.
- Each group will meet with Adam once a week for a
1hour session and perform the assigned workouts for the
days not with him.
The Program will include:
- Assessments during week one. 15, 1hour, Strength/
Circuit Training Sessions that will challenge you!
- Flexibility
- Weekly written programs to perform during days away
from Natural Fitness.
- Nutrition recommendations.
- Lots of fun and new friendships made.
Cost: • $300 per person
- Option: Split into 2 payment installments of $150.1
at the beginning and another at the halfway point.
