ME Tri for A Cure

Tri for a Cure 2010 Training Programs

At Maine Cancer Foundation's Tri for a Cure Triathlon we are thrilled to learn that nearly 80% of participants are first-time triathletes. In the months leading up to the race we field countless questions in regards to preparing properly for such a race, from getting started with training to nutrition on race day. In response to your questions and feedback, Tri for a Cure Race Directors, with help from area experts, have put together a comprehensive program combining information, hands-on experience and on-course training that will give you the knowledge you need to properly prepare your mind and body for this incredible experience.

For each seminar/session, we are asking for a $10 or $20 donation. As with all aspects of fundraising for Tri for a Cure, your donation will go directly to Maine Cancer Foundation to fund cancer research, education and patient support in Maine. You will need to register for sessions online. Space is limited, we encourage you to register for multiple clinics with one transaction and to register early.
