Swim Clinics

There will be three on-course swim clinics held at SMCC. Open water swim expert, Doug Welling, will discuss water safety, navigation and provide important swimming tips before sending small waves of women into the water for a swim around the course. Trainers, Race Directors, and volunteers will be available following the swim to answer any questions and concerns. These clinics are offered to provide women with the chance to experience an ocean swim with group, as it will be in the race. This will also be a good opportunity to practice with your wetsuit and get comfortable with the cool water temperature.

Sunday, July 18th, 2:00-3:30pm SOLD OUT!
Thursday, July 22nd, 6:00-7:30pm SOLD OUT!
Saturday, August 7th, 9:30-11:00am SOLD OUT!

Class Size: 75 per session
