Race Day Prep Expo

This year, Race Day Prep will be more of an interactive expo than informational lecture. You will have the flexibility of visiting stations that pertain to your needs including course maps, information & safety, transition flow with mock transition area, general triathlon gear checklist, race day nutrition, expo & race day schedules & events. We will also offer a station exclusive to relay and duathlon participants that will review race starts, chip hand off, etc. This event will provide you with everything you need to know for race day!
