Refund policy: There will be no refunds for this event. Your registration is NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

Inclement weather: Tri for a Cure will not be cancelled for any reason other than severe weather conditions posing extreme danger to athletes, volunteers, and spectators. Maine Cancer Foundation reserves the right to alter the course in any way deemed in the best interest of volunteers and athletes. This includes, but is not limited to the distance or shape of course, removing one of the sports, postponing the start, etc. There will be NO REFUNDS in the case of changes or course cancellations due to weather. If canceled, Tri for a Cure will not be rescheduled. 

Post-race activities: Following the race there will be food available for athletes. Food for athletes is free of charge. Spectators can purchase food and drinks at various locations on the SMCC campus. A post-race awards ceremony will be held.

Awards:  Everyone is a winner at Tri for a Cure! Each athlete will receive a medal upon crossing the finish line.  Special awards will also be given to the top 3 finishers in the Survivor group, Overall, Age Group (19 & Under and every 5 years up to age 70+), and Overall Relay.

Further recognition will be given to the Top Ten fundraisers and the Poster Contest winner.
